Experienced Resident Managers are required for multi-family residential communities located in Cold Lake, Hinton and Moose Jaw.
As a Resident Building Manager living on–site, you will encounter lots of variety – from changing door locks, to helping our customers connect with services they need.
You have a good attitude about work, and know what it means to have people relying on you to do your job. In addition, you are:
• A problem-solver who can quickly figure out what to do to address issues as they arise
• A good communicator who understands when to speak up and when to listen
• Enthusiastic and know what it means to bring your A-game to work.
You have Grade 12 or equivalent and a valid driver’s license. You can work a computer and know how to use Word and Excel. Courses in building management and experience in community or customer service would be definite assets.
A current satisfactory criminal records check will be required.
Monthly Remuneration: $2,500 – $4,000 (depending on size of the community and experience) + benefits and bonuses!

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Rent suites
- Prepare bank deposits
- Take Interac payments
- Serve eviction notices
- Good understanding of all applicable laws and legislation relating to multi-family residential rentals
- Ensure all paperwork related to tenancies is completed fully and accurately.
- Complete move- in/out inspections
- Directing and assisting trades
- Common area cleaning
- In-suite cleaning
- Grounds work
- Working knowledge of RTA
- Experience, ability and knowledge to perform plumbing, painting, drywall repairs, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs
- Must have working and licensed vehicle

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
1. Must be willing to relocate.
2. 3 – 5 proven experience in the property management or hotel industries.
3. Proficient in plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, heating, tiling, laminate floor, locks and keys, lighting etc.
4. Job planning, scheduling and organizing
5. Time Management
6. Good command of the english language both written and oral.
7. Computer literacy.
8. Critical thinking.
9. Effective communication skills.
10. Significant use of memory.
11. Must provide current criminal record check and driver’s abstract.
12. Credit check
REMUNERATION:
$2,500.00 – $4,000.00 depending on location and experience.
